Do I need a commercial swing set?
If your swing set will be used in a commercial setting, more then likely the answer is yes. However, to be sure, check with your insurance provider and local governing body to get their advice. They will tell you if a commercially rated swing set is necessary.
What playground surfacing should we use?
All of our packages come with rubber mulch and our faux stone border. If you would like to have your own surfacing installed, we can give you the fall height requirements for your surfacing. However, the free on-site inspection will not be included if you choose to install your own surfacing. ADA transfer station is built at a height to be placed on ADA compliant poured rubber surfacing and accesses. If you will have your ADA access in a different surfacing, please advise so we can make height adjustments to your transfer station.
Are your swing sets ASTM compliant?
Absolutely! We have a certified CPSI inspector in house that can help with any questions you might have.
What about leveling the ground and site preparation?
We are more than happy to help you with that, but the prices shown don’t include these services. Please get with us if you would like help with this also.
Do you offer on site inspections to make sure the swing set and play area is ASTM compliant?
If we are not used to do the surfacing, a fee will be charged for the inspection to make sure the swing set was installed according to our design. As with any building process, we recommend an on site inspection to correct any playground issues and to make sure the playground and area is compliant after installation.
Can I do a custom commercial swing set?
We love custom swing sets. If you would like to build a custom set, you will work directly with our CPSI inspector to build the set of your dreams.
How do your vinyl sets compare to metal sets?
We give a 20-year warranty on the frame and 5 year on all accessories. Metal swing sets are not as attractive and give off a cold feel. Furthermore, they tend to be more expensive. We think you will love the quality and look of our swing sets!
Do you pull necessary county or city permits to install the play set?
In certain situations, we can help with the permitting process if necessary. If this service is needed, please let us know so we are aware and can inform you of the additional costs associated with this.
Are your playsets ADA compliant?
Every county and every state has different ADA compliance laws. Please refer to your local code enforcement for specific ADA requirements.
